As long as the tenant has paid their first month's rent via Badi's rental system, Badi offers you extra protection if the potential tenant causes damage to your property during their stay.
The damage coverage covers up to the amount equivalent to a month's rent, and up to a maximum of 400€.
If this happens, please contact our customer support team at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48h from the date the damage was caused, attaching photos/videos of the damages and a copy of the rental agreement, and we will investigate the issue as soon as possible. We will also ask for a receipt of the associated costs.
