As soon as the Booking Request is confirmed, the payment will be immediately transferred from your new flatmate’s bank account, to us. We’ll then securely hold the payment until the moving in day passes without any problems.
If everything goes smoothly, we’ll transfer you the payment in the 48 hours after the moving in day. The payment should then take no more than 5-7 business days to reach your account.
We don’t transfer you the payment sooner because your new flatmate has 24 hours after the agreed moving in day to report any problems they might have. If they report a problem, our dedicated customer care team will make it their priority to resolve it. They treat each issue reported on a case-by-case basis and will dedicate the following 24 hours to solving it.
